Verify the complete month sequence, each month's year, the weekday positions and the intended week-start convention before repeating a school-calendar set. A school year commonly crosses a January boundary, so one correct month does not validate the rest. Approve the actual exported artwork, not only the spreadsheet or calendar generator that supplied it.

Treat the year boundary as its own inspection point

Check the first weekday and the final date for every month against a trusted calendar for the intended year. Then inspect the intervening sequence for skipped or duplicated numbers. A correct starting position alone does not rule out a missing day introduced during manual rearrangement.
Do not derive school holidays from a generic national calendar without confirmation. Term dates and closures should come from the customer's relevant school calendar, with the source and revision retained in the order record.

English or French text does not by itself determine whether the customer wants Monday or Sunday first. Confirm the convention explicitly, then ensure that both headings and numbered dates use it. Translating the headings without moving a Sunday-first date grid can create a calendar that looks polished but reads incorrectly.
For parallel language versions, compare the same month side by side. The dates should agree when the same week-start convention is intended; only the approved language content should differ. Have the customer resolve ambiguous abbreviations before repeating the set.
