A bag patch has two layouts: the visible logo and the attachment area. A design that fills the whole patch can leave no clean space for stitching or rivets.
Plan the actual job
Use laser-compatible leather with a known composition, and reserve the attachment margin before sizing the logo. Make one sample using the same thickness and finish as the intended batch. Check the mark after the planned cleaning and assembly steps rather than approving it immediately after processing. Keep the patch orientation obvious in the file so left and right bag panels do not receive inconsistent placement.
Inspect before making a batch
Check stitching clearance and logo readability on the assembled sample. P2 10W costs $299 at checkout. Confirm the material and mounting method independently; the sale does not establish suitability for every leather or synthetic patch.
A compact personalization workflow
P2 is the compact TYVOK galvo-style product family for small gifts, tags, leather pieces and other tested compatible blanks. The live page lists 2W, 5W and 10W choices. Select by the actual material, object positioning and job requirements; wattage alone is not a compatibility chart. The 5W configuration is listed as pre-order. Confirm current availability and fulfillment timing on the product page before promising a dated customer job.
