Plan the actual job
Ask for composition and laser-processing information before ordering a production quantity. Compare dimensions and flatness with the previous blank, then repeat a small approved design on a spare. Keep the supplier lot and date in the test notes. Check the result after cleaning and assembly, since surface appearance alone may not reveal a changed backing or attachment problem.
Inspect before making a batch
Approve the new stock separately rather than copying the old material record. P2 5W is a pre-order configuration at $249 during Fall Sale; the discount applies to the eligible machine, not to third-party blank purchases.
