Build the sign list from the actual venue plan and assign each board a location identifier. Use a paper proof at the final size to check the hierarchy of destination, arrow and secondary text. Test the chosen wood and finish on spare material. Keep the mounting orientation visible in the file so an installer can distinguish a left-facing board from a right-facing version. Confirm location and installation with the venue.

Suitable wooden signs and panel layouts are planning examples, not guaranteed results for every species, coating or thickness.
